Thinking in a
Certain Way
A Generational Operating System
Recognize the Patterns
You Inherited
Choose what continues.
Choose what stops with you.
Understand how the patterns you learned shape how you think, react, relate, and what you pass forward.
Most of us think we’re making our own choices.
But much of how we think...
Those patterns can feel so normal...
What if some of what you believe...
Patterns don’t always look like patterns.
They can sound like:
-
I’m not good enough.
-
I can’t do that.
-
I should already know this.
-
That’s just who I am.
When a thought has been with us long enough, it can feel like truth instead of something we learned.
The first step isn’t changing it.
It’s recognizing it.
Awareness gives you a choice.
Once you become aware of a pattern, you can begin asking whether it still belongs in your life.
Ask yourself:
-
Where did I learn this?
-
Is it actually true?
-
Do I want to keep carrying it forward?
You decide what continues.
You decide what stops with you.
Your patterns don’t stop with you.
Becoming aware of our own patterns gives us the opportunity to consciously choose what we pass forward.
You don’t have to pass everything you inherited forward.
